By doing this project, my knowledge of photo book has been upgraded.
I used to think it would be good to classify the photos into categories and then select some of the better quality photos to put on the page. And then add a caption to each section and it's done.
But since this time the theme was about my dogs, I took it very seriously. I wanted each page to have photos that echoed each other. And to have text that clearly captured the story associated with those photos. I also wanted the content on each page to be back-to-back. I didn't want an illogical jumble of photos, nor did I want an album that was completely separated by content. So I found a balance of time, place, and activity and started making a photo book. I started from the beginning by looking at my 1000+ photos, which were taken from 2017 to 2019. I set my goal at 100 pages. 100 pages is the limit of the number of pages in this book for this photo book printer.
I really like your texts in the book. It is close to life, and makes feel like a really warm memory with your dogs. Also you mentioned how you learned form this project. I think that's great that you learned something while making a great memory book for your dogs.
